At Chiilwave, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

    1. Customized Products:
      1. Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
      2. A full payment is required in advance for all customized products.
    2. Non-Customized Products:
      1. You may cancel non-customized product orders within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation will not be accepted.
  2. Refund Policy
    1. Customized Products:
      1. No refunds will be issued for customized products, as these are made specifically for you.
    2. Non-Customized Products:
      1. Refunds will be issued only for wrong or damaged products. If your item is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    3. Refund Timeline:
      1. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours of the initiation. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  3. Return Policy
    1. Eligibility for Return:
      1. Returns will only be accepted for incorrect or damaged products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
    2. Return Shipping Charges:
      1. Extra shipping charges will apply for returns. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment made at the time of purchase.
